LaserCladding Austria offers industrial repair, reconditioning and remanufacturing of metallic components - stationary and mobile, precise and sustainable.

With stationary laser cladding, components weighing up to 5 tonnes are processed in the workshop. Mobile laser cladding is carried out directly on site - ideal for large, permanently installed components or machine breakdowns.

Typical areas of application are mechanical engineering, energy and power plants, the paper industry and chemical and process engineering applications.

LaserCladding Austria offers laser cladding, mobile on-site repairs, emergency repairs, wear protection coatings and complete remanufacturing services. Components up to 5 tonnes can be processed stationary.

Typical components include shafts, rollers, bearings, pump components, turbine components, housings and sealing surfaces. The process is suitable for almost all metallic materials. More about the applications.

In the event of machine failure, we usually respond within 24 hours. The mobile laser cladding service is specially designed for short-term and critical repairs.

Steels, Cr-Ni steels, cast iron, aluminium, bronze, Stellite®, Inconel® and Invar® are processed. Different powder alloys are used depending on the application. More about the technology

Our projects are extensively documented. This includes layer measurements, visual and dimensional inspections as well as documented process parameters from the laser deposition welding process.

The stationary service is located in Upper Austria. Mobile assignments are possible throughout Europe and beyond on request.
